Synopsis: An idyllic world seemingly perfect for a little rest and relaxation turns deadly when Kirk's crew encounters the manifestation of their every thought. The odd chain of events climaxes in the death of McCoy by a jousting Black Knight, and the reappearance of two personas from Kirk's Academy days -- an old nemesis and an old love. The surprising answer to this mystery leaves everyone satisfied, except for Spock, who never wanted a vacation in the first place.
